Blood symbolizes life. It is the material carrier of life and the expression of individuality. Blood pressure expresses the dynamism of man. It arises from the changing interaction of flowing blood and the defining vascular walls. On the one hand we have the flowing blood and on the other the defining and resisting vascular walls. If the blood corresponds to one's own being, then the vascular walls correspond to the boundaries that govern the development of the personality and the barriers that are placed in the way of this development.
Blood pressure
Today we will explore the spiritual causes of blood pressure problems.
A person with low blood pressure (hypotonic) does not challenge these boundaries in any way. He does not try to assert himself at all, but dodges as soon as he suddenly encounters resistance. He never goes to the very edge. When confronted with a conflict, he quickly retreats - by analogy, his blood pressure also retreats until he falls unconscious. He is thus helpless, gives up all power, withdraws as well as his blood, folds up and thus folds/abdicates his responsibility as well. He can even pass out and thus withdraw from consciousness into un(un)consciousness and is thus completely out of all problems that come his way. He simply fades away.
In the hypotonic we often also find anaemia/ anaemia (impaired oxygen transfer to the tissues), the most common form of which is characterised by iron deficiency in the blood. This disrupts the conversion of cosmic energy (prana), which we breathe in from the air, into the body's own energy (blood). Anemia signifies a resistance to receive the appropriate portion of life energy and to convert it into active force. Here again the hypotonic uses illness as an alibi for his own passivity. He lacks the necessary pressure.
But all methods (mainly locomotor exercises) which raise the blood pressure because the patient is doing something and thus converting energy into active force, have only a temporary effect for the duration. Permanent success can be expected only when the patient changes his inner attitude.
The counterpart of low blood pressure is high blood pressure (hypertonia).
We know from experimental investigations that heart rate and blood pressure increase not only with physical exertion, but with the mere thought of it. When the constant idea of exercise makes the blood flow faster, without this idea ever being converted into physical activity and discharged, "sustained pressure" literally occurs. The same correlation is also true in the plane of conflict. Because we know that the pressure will be raised by the very subject of conflict, but lowered when we talk about it, we see clearly that the hypertonic is perpetually hanging around the conflict, without coming to a resolution of it. He stands beside the conflict but does not confront it.
By not resolving his conflicts, the hypertonic does not consume the excess energy needed to resolve the conflict vigorously; he does not consume this pressure. And then he resorts to external activity, and tries by strenuous activity in the external world to distract himself and others from the challenge of resolving his (most often internal) conflict.
We see that the hypotonic escapes from conflict into the unconscious, and the hypertonic distracts himself and others from conflict by exaggerated activity and dynamism. He escapes into action. Consistent with this polarity, we encounter low blood pressure predominantly in women and high blood pressure more often in men. High pressure further indicates pent-up aggression. The hostility will remain in the imagination phase and the ready energy will not be discharged by action and in the worst case will be discharged by a heart attack - the heart of the person concerned will be torn.
With blood pressure problems, we should reflect on these issues:
Do I have reason and feeling, head and heart, in harmonious balance?
Do I give my feelings enough space and do I have the courage to express them?
Do I feel an (inner) conflict within myself... Am I trying to resolve it?
Based on the above, we have created combinations of healing stones for both hypotonic and hypertonic people that can help you resolve the spiritual cause of these health issues!
